Privacy policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
1. Controller

2. What data we process and why
We process personal data in the following situations:
- Contact form and e-mail communication – name, company, e-mail, phone, content of the message. Purpose: handling your enquiry, preparing a quotation and communication. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual relations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Job applicants – data in the CV and accompanying communication. Purpose: recruitment. Legal basis: pre-contractual relations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent if retained for future recruitment.
- Business partners and their contact persons – identification and contact data. Purpose: performance of the contract, invoicing, compliance with legal obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
- Technical data when visiting the website – IP address, browser type, access time, recorded in the hosting server logs. Purpose: security and operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Retention period
Contact form data is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship arises. Applicant data is retained for the duration of the recruitment process; longer only with consent. Business partner data is retained for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the period required by specific regulations (e.g. accounting and tax law – generally 10 years).
4. Recipients of data
Personal data may be disclosed to the web hosting and e-mail service provider, providers of accounting and legal services, and public authorities to the extent required by law. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU/EEA; if external content (Google Maps) is loaded after consent, processing is governed by Google’s policies.
5. Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies (form security token, storage of cookie preferences). Analytics and marketing cookies and external content are only loaded with your consent, which you can change at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Your selection is stored in your browser for 12 months.
6. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right:
- of access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- to erasure of data (Art. 17 GDPR),
- to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
- to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
7. Security
We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data – encrypted transmission (HTTPS), protection of the form against misuse, and access to data restricted to authorised persons only.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
